Who we are
Rainbow Boo Boo is a brand of POPR Technologies Inc., a New York Domestic Business Corporation based in New York, NY. In this policy, we, us, and our mean POPR Technologies Inc.
What we collect and why
Information you give the page maker
To make a page, an adult chooses an age range, a skill, a language, page settings, and may type a short scene idea. We use these choices only to build your printable page and optional answer key during that request. We do not save your scene idea and we do not write it to our logs. Please do not type names, addresses, or other personal details about a child or anyone else into the scene box. Our page maker checks the box and will not use text that looks like personal information.
A record that contains no personal details
When a page is made successfully, our server records a short entry: the age range chosen, the skill, the language, whether an answer key was chosen, how long the request took, and the size of the file. This entry does not contain your scene idea, your name, or your IP address. We use it to see that the site is working and how it is used overall.
Technical data
To keep the page maker fair and available, our server uses your IP address to limit how many pages can be made in a short time. This is held temporarily in the server's memory and is not kept as a record about you. Our hosting provider, Replit, delivers this site and may keep standard server records, such as IP address, browser type, and time of request, under its own policies. We use hosting providers only to run the site.
Email and messages
If you write to info@poprtech.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list without your say-so.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies of our own, and this site does not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking tools. Our hosting provider may set a technical cookie that is needed to deliver the site to you. We do not use it for tracking or advertising. Because we do not track you across sites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off.
Payments
Purchases are not active yet. When they begin, payments will be handled by a payment processor named at checkout. Card details go to the processor, not to us, and we will not see or store card numbers. We will update this policy before purchases begin.
Children
Rainbow Boo Boo is not directed to children. It is for parents and caregivers 18 and older, who choose the options and print the pages. The site has no child accounts, no chat, no comments, no uploads, and no way for a child to post anything. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to info@poprtech.com.
How we use information
- To build your printable page and answer key.
- To keep the site working, fair, and secure, including limiting repeat requests.
- To answer your messages and requests.
- To meet legal duties and protect our rights when required.
We do not use information for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not use your scene ideas to train any model.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We use a hosting provider to run the site. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of people or the site. If POPR Technologies Inc. is ever involved in a sale or reorganization, any information we hold would stay under this policy or a policy at least as protective.
How long we keep information
- Scene ideas: not kept.
- Generated pages and answer keys: made for your request and not stored after they are delivered.
- The no-personal-details record: kept for a short period set by the site operator, then removed.
- Emails to us: kept as long as needed to answer you and keep a record, then deleted.
How we protect information
The site uses an encrypted connection, security headers, input checks, and limits on repeat requests. We keep the amount of information small on purpose, because information we never collect cannot be lost. No website can promise perfect security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@poprtech.com. Because we collect so little, the answer is often that we hold nothing beyond your email. Residents of some states have additional privacy rights. We honor reasonable requests from everyone, whatever state they live in. We review every request and respond.
